Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy



Return Policy


YUP Card has a no return policy. Once the card has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there has been an error/mismatch in the details printed on the card. In case of error with the card, please inform us at hello@yupcard.com within 30 days of receipt and we will process the changes within 10 working days.


Damages:

If you have received a damaged or defective card, you can inform us at hello@yupcard.com and raise a replacement request within the applicable Returns Policy period.




Cancellation Policy


You can cancel your YUP Card delivery before the payment has been made. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.


In case you have made the payment, and the product has not been delivered to you, the entire amount will be refunded. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.


To cancel your order, you must write to us at hello@yupcard.com or go to the Contact Us page.



Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 10-15 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by phone call or email.

Refund Policy


YUP card is non-refundable for purchases made within the eligibility criteria. YUP Card reserves the right to cancel any card where incorrect or fraudulent information is provided. In the event that information is found to be incorrect, you shall not be entitled to a refund.


In case the product has not been delivered to you, the entire amount shall be refunded by one of the following ways:

  1. Bank Transfer

  2. PayTM
